Motorcyclism

This one goes way back to April 3, 2010. My friend Cute~Ella was celebrating her birthday and decided to make it a multi-faceted event, like only she and I can. We started with an Albany River Rats hockey game at the Times Union Center Arena. Oddly enough it was the final regular season game for the Albany River Rats, which was kind of cool and also kind of unexciting. I do not remember who the opposing team was but the quality of play was pretty shameful, and I’m not saying that as a professional hockey player but as someone who enjoys a good game of hockey if the mood is right. Have It Subway

It’s not my blog unless I have at least one post about Subway, so here you go. I am a frequent diner at Subway Sandwich establishments. I find that they are affordable and can accommodate my various dietary phases. If I want to be a blob, I order footlong meatball sandwiches. IT'S ESPRESSO!

I have a bit of a problem. Well I have two problems. I have what people might consider an addiction to espresso coffee (first problem). There are few things I find better on this planet. I have studied the art of pulling a fine espresso extensively, and I’ve been on a quest to perfect this. Part of this is my nature as a scientist; the other part is my nature as an addict and one who enjoys it. After acquiring a decent pump driven machine, I’ve experimented with all different roasts and grinds, different tampers, etc. With my equipment, I was a decent barista. A few weeks ago, my Dehlonghi espresso maker decided to stop pumping efficiently (second problem). IRead More
