A fun Saturday in July! (Updated)
Details for the next DDP Yoga at The Crossings event are up on my Events page. I’m trying something a little different this time. We’ll meet for a workout, then gather at a nearby location for lunch. Come to one or both! Bring a friend or two! The more the merrier.

Saturday July 11 – 11 am
Introduction to the Diamond Dozen
We will work through a flow that utilizes the 13 core moves of DDP Yoga. (For all levels)
Time: 35-40 minutes
Price: Free! (Donations to Make-A-Wish encouraged)
Bring a yoga mat, towel, and bottle of water. A digital heart rate monitor is recommended and encouraged to maximize your results.
Saturday July 11 – 12 Noon
A very derryX lunch at Whole Foods Albany
We gotta fuel up after a kickass workout, right? What better way than to fill up on their prepared foods. I always hit the salad bar hard and get a small piece of their super addictive pizza (4 cheese is UNBELIEVABLE!). There’s a cheesesteak stand, a wrap counter, and other goodies all over the store! We’ll hang out, eat some food, and talk about whatever.
