derryX on DDP Radio (Updated throughout)
Tonight (July 15) at 9pm, I’ll be appearing on DDP Radio. I’ll be joining Robert McClearren, Mike Mullins, and Stacey Morris. We’ll be talking about the recipes I’ll be making at the DDP Yoga retreat next week, my website and YouTube Channel, and whatever else they throw at me! Chef Bill, a local chef who helped Stacey Morris develop some recipes in her “Clean Comfort” book will also appear on the show.
It’s a big one!
You can listen live on BlogTalkRadio, or the episode will be available as a podcast you can download on iTunes.
Wednesday on DDP RADIO, Robert, Stacey and Mike talk all things food with special guests Chef Bill and Team
Wednesday we’re back from a brief hiatus to welcome everyone’s favorite guest – FOOD! Got a favorite food that you miss? Share it with us – we may be able to help with a makeover! Having trouble finding good-tasting clean food? That’s what we’re here for. Or maybe you’re struggling with foods that aren’t doing you any favors and perhaps should be eliminated or tapered back. The sky’s the limit for food discussions tonight. To usher in the event we’re hosting two very special guests: the newly certified DDPYOGA instructor Jerry Papandrea, who will be heading to the kitchen at the DDPYOGA Retreat Extravaganza to whip up a few of his signature recipes that are delicious AND gluten and dairy-free! Jerry not only teaches DDPYOGA classes in the Albany, N.Y. area, he does cooking demos. Check out his profile on http://www.
Also on the show, Chef Bill will be on hand to talk cooking techniques, viable substitutions for cooking gluten and dairy-free, and what some his latest favorite clean recipes are. Chef Bill is Stacey’s other half and her collaborator on her cookbook-memoir “Clean Comfort.” As a culinary- educated chef who wanted to support Stacey’s healthy eating habits for life, Chef Bill set about crafting recipes such as eggplant parm and New England Clam Chowder that Stacey and others seeking a cleaner way of eating could truly enjoy while maintaining health and balance. Tonight is YOUR opportunity to ask questions, share a win, or seek support! The topic for each show is just a means to get the ball rolling. DDP created the show as a forum for sharing questions, concerns, and triumphs that are part of the path to better health. It’s a journey that never ends, which is why a supportive community is a crucial part of the process. You can call in with a question or post questions in advance of the show on the blog section at Team DDP Yoga (if you’re already a member), or during the show in the chat room at DDP Radio. You can also e-mail questions to StaceyMorris345@yahoo.com . Time doesn’t always allow for
us to answer all questions, but we do our best.
Can’t tune in live? No problem! It’s easy to access every show that’s ever been done, on demand, from the DDP Radio archives on BlogTalkRadio. DDPY4L, LL@90%, DDP, Robert, Mike, Stacey
