I’ll be using that for a lot of the shorter updates: dining recommendations, quick recipes, fitness tips, bits of motivation, and information about DDPYoga Group Training.
I had been resistant for a while to starting a Facebook page for a number of reasons, but I think at this point it’s the most efficient way to get this information to the people who want it.
I’m just about ready to lay out details about how DDP Yoga training sessions will go. Once my birthday blows over this weekend, look out for the details about opportunities to train with me.
