I told you to keep an eye on the calendar, accessed by clicking the (you guessed it) calendar icon at the top of this and all pages here. I’ll be sneaking some events up there from time to time.
In the last couple of years, we’ve had some pretty awesome yoga classes at The Crossings in Colonie, and I want to keep that going as the weather gets increasingly nicer.
Along with that, I am launching a new brand specific to my style of yoga (which, of course, is driven by the DDP Yoga program, where I hold my certification) in this area.
BMF Yoga stands for “Basic Metabolic Force Yoga” (among other things). The idea is to deliver an effective workout that boosts your metabolism while providing all of the benefits of yoga.
You are all cordially invited to participate in the very first BMF Yoga workout. Details below!
11 AM – Sat, May 14 at The Crossings in Colonie.
Unleash your Basic Metabolic Force with BMF Yoga. A 35-40 minute outdoor class driven by the DDP Yoga program. In that time, we’ll burn fat, get flexible, and get strong!
Level – All (modifications offered for beginners or pros)
Cost – $5
Bring – Yoga mat, bottle of water, a towel, and some friends!
