I have a bit of time off from work for the next week, so that gives me a little time to catch up on lots of things like the blog, cooking class recipes, and dining (specifically pizza).

More importantly, though, it’s the time of year of holidays, and spending time with family at this time of the year is paramount.

I hope that everyone who reads has a very happy holiday. We’ll be spending Christmas Eve with my parents, brother, and his wife, and Christmas Day with Cassie’s family. There will most certainly be lots of food, and I’m sure I’ll have a little bit to say about the spread, at least the Christmas Eve spread, toward the end of the week.
