Bomb Ass Nachos
I made myself the bomb ass nachos one night: tortillas, taco meat, pepperoni, Monterey Jack cheese, and cheddar cheese.
Other people made their nachos with just pepperoni and cheddar cheese, but they were the bomb as well.

I personally make my nacho’s with grilled chicken, bacon, jalapenos, and bbq sauce. It’s loosely based on nacho’s i’ve gotten at Bugaboo Creek – which I still consider the best i’ve ever had. I need to eat more nacho’s – I personally feel I don’t eat them enough.
