On Saturday, January 31, 2015, my cousin Bobby and I are bringing our super-popular homemade pizza course back to Different Drummers Kitchen in Albany.
We taught the class about a year ago, and it was a humongous success.
This time, the basic framework is going to be the same, but we’re making it a little more hands-on. We’re also going to throw in a few surprise recipes that aren’t listed in the catalog. What are those surprises, you ask? You’ll have to join us to learn!
Aside from the stories about our years of experiences working with our dads in the food business, we incorporate some stories of the great memories we have while we demonstrate how to put together restaurant quality pizzas.
Last year, every attendee left completely stuffed and inspired to master their pizza making skills.
