New Thoughts

This is a ubiquitous Puerto Rican side dish that is so easy and inexpensive to make! If you’re a fan of the Will Ferrell film, Step Brothers, you’ll recognize the Fancy Sauce recipe from that. It’s a very common condiment in Puerto Rico, and they even sell it in grocery stores already mixed. But it’s super simple to just make your own.
