Cookie Dough Protein Waffles
I’ve been talking up and down about making protein waffles. When I’m working out, the thought of having protein shakes all the time is enough to drive me to call for a pizza. Protein waffles are a good substitute for a shake, especially when you want to bite into something familiar and delicious.
Professional wrestler and DDP Yoga Employee, Stevie Richards, recently posted his rendition of a protein waffle up on BodyRebooted.com. With no disrespect intended toward the former leader of the Right to Censor and the Blue World Order, I think mine is better.
I uploaded a video with my recipe up on my YouTube channel. There’s also a couple of special challenges for Big Stevie Cool. Yeah, I’m challenging a professional wrestler to a brawl. What do I have to lose?
