Instructions
Preheat waffle iron.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients in a mixing cup.
Stir wet ingredients into the dry.
Let sit for 3 minutes.
Spray waffle iron liberally with cooking spray.
Pour half of batter in the center.
Cook for 5-6 minutes.
