All of the feedback I’ve gotten in the past is that my recipe for eggplant rollatini is a hit for both people who love and tolerate eggplant. It’s a recipe I take tons of pride in, and am happy to share with an attentive audience. The rest of the menu is basic Italian comfort food at its finest!
