Simple Homemade Salad Dressing
The beauty of this recipe is the simplicity. You can take this blank canvas and run with it: substitute oils, vinegars, add herbs, seasonings, other embellishments. Make it your own!
This recipe yields a fairly thick dressing. To thin it out, add some water, extra vinegar, or whatever you’d like!
I’d recommend using high quality oil and vinegar, because with only a handful of ingredients, there’s no where for low quality stuff to hide.
