Most absurd burger toppings

It’s been a while since I’ve checked in with a Friday post, so I figured I’d extend a fun little social media inquiry I had.

Last night, a reader contacted me to see what thoughts I had for some of the most absurd burger toppings I’ve ever encountered or thought of. I figured I’d throw it up on social media (facebook, twitter) to see what ideas other people have.

So far, The H-Man (Harri Woliner) said, “Take a cookie cutter and cut out the middle of a pizza and put it on top.”

On twitter, Mr. Dave came up with “I like peanut butter burgers.”

I’m going with just about everything on top of the $666 Burger. Nobody needs a burger with gold leaf and caviar on top.

Also, Guy’s Famous Donkey Sauce on Guy Fieri’s burgers is pretty damn absurd. It could be the tastiest stuff on the planet, but it has a really stupid name.
