I’m a few months late to the party, but I’m here to give you the technique to MAKE YOUR OWN Popeye’s Chicken Sandwich at home. All you need is some chicken breast (or thigh), buttermilk, a Brioche roll (I got mine at Panera), and some simple spices you probably have around the house. If you can find Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour, then you can save some steps like I did. Otherwise, you can season your own flour.
