Jim Rua, chef and owner of in Café Capriccio and Capriccio Saratoga will be hosting an open demonstration from his newest collection of recipes at Columbia CabinetWorks’s showroom. He will also be signing copies of his recently published The Cafe Capriccio Picture Book. Please stop by at 235 Rt 4 in North Greenbush on Tuesday, Dec 9th between 6 and 8 PM.
