Upscale turkey sandwich at Vischer Ferry General Store – derryX Dines Again

Cassie and I argue over the pronunciation of REXFORD. Oh, and we got lunch at this cute little GENERAL STORE (they still have those?).

Vischer Ferry General Store is a cute little shop that has breakfast (including an amazing breakfast sandwich and quiche) and lunch, so we figured we’d go there on our day off from work. Their slogan is “Gather Shop Eat.” Although right now, the Gather isn’t a great idea.

Red White and Blue Salad (Greens, Strawberries, Blueberries, goat cheese, spiced nuts)
Chocolate Chip Cookies with flaky sea salt

Vischer Ferry General Store restarant is located on Riverview Road in Rexford in upstate New York. The VFGS community seems strong around this charming little place!
