This is a upstate ny food review of Roosters NY (2675 hamburg street in Rotterdam NY. Their food is never frozen. I got a Buffalo burger that had double coated chicken with cornflakes on top of a beef hamburger and a celery slaw and blue cheese on top of THAT! Crispy fried chicken corn flakes (deep fried chicken corn flakes, fried chicken corn flakes coating, or like I like to call it cornflake chicken) is crazy good! The chicken corn flakes fry is above and beyond! What a crispy fried chicken burger!!!

BUFFALO BB BURGER: 1 crispy chicken, 1 prime burger, Bleu cheese crumbles, Frank’s hot sauce, celery slaw.
