The Ritual 518 is located at 1800 Western Ave in Albany New York inside of Guilderland NY workout studio, FreeStyle Fitness (run by Gina Tralongo). Ritual 518, a superfood cafe, is owned by Sam Kubik, and is a restarant offering ritual toast, ritual smoothie (with almond mylk or coconut mylk), and ritual bowls. The Buddha bowl sounds good for next time!

I got recognized while I was eating outside by a patron at a different restaurant; she remembered me from the derryX Dines blog days. I told her I now do my Upstate NY food review blogs as videos for YouTube.
