March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction Information

There’s a lot going on in October. So much so that I can’t possibly keep up!

One event that I’m hearing a lot of press about is a Signature Chefs Auction put together by the March of Dimes. It’s at Vapor in Saratoga on October 23 at 6PM; a number of great restaurants have signed on. Another cool thing about the event is the Iron Chef Chopped style competition that’ll pit six area chefs head to head with a mystery basket (I do not know who the judges for this are, but I can tell you not me.). It’s actually a recurring event put on by the March of Dimes NY chapter, and it’s their 11th year doing it.

I really want to go, but that’s a packed week. I thought I’d pass the info along in case any of you would be interested.
